     Tech Form Tech Next was headed by the prominent members of Philippine Institute of Civil Engineering (PICE) named Engr. Niel Knowell De Felipe,: Engr. Marc Lorenz Delos Santos , Engr. Antonio Adolfo, Engr. Rose Mae Avelino, Engr. Joanne Celino, : Engr. Silver John Pendon, Engr. Princess Allyza Cababanua, Engr. Ellame Joy Mesias, Engr. Ma. Christina Glade Taytayon, and Engr. Rellean Mae Sion. Who finished their Civil Engineering Degree at Capiz State University Main Campus. Through their passion in delivering exceptional quality and results the Sinag Tahilan Corporation was built in the year 2022.
